MAG boxes don’t use apps — they point at a portal URL and load everything from there. Two settings and a restart.
From the MAG main menu, open Settings → System settings.
Open Servers → Portals.
Set “Portal 1 name” to anything you like (e.g. Pioneer IPTV) and “Portal 1 URL” to the portal address from your welcome email — exactly as written.
Save, then go back and choose Restart portal (or simply reboot the box).
On boot the box connects to the portal and loads the full channel list and guide.
If the portal asks for activation, reply to your welcome email with the MAC address printed on the sticker under your box — we link it to your subscription.
Almost always a mistyped portal URL — re-enter it exactly as in your welcome email, then restart the box. Check the network cable or Wi-Fi connection too.
Your box’s MAC address may not be linked yet — send it to support (it’s on the sticker under the box) and restart once we confirm activation.
Switch to a wired Ethernet connection and reboot the box. If it persists at peak hours, lower the stream quality in the portal settings.
