This Privacy Policy explains how Pioneer IPTV collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

We collect account data (such as name and email), billing data handled by our payment provider, and technical and usage data (such as device, IP address, and playback diagnostics) needed to deliver and secure the Service.
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.
To provide and personalize the Service, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet legal and licensing obligations.
