These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Pioneer IPTV service (the Service), operated by Pioneer IPTV. Our full company identification is in the Legal Notice. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
Pioneer IPTV provides access to live and on-demand audiovisual content delivered through licensed distribution agreements, for personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account or credentials.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT before you confirm. Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically for a further period of the same length at the price then displayed; you can cancel at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly perform the content; circumvent access controls or geographic restrictions; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Content is licensed to you for personal viewing only.
The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property rights held by Pioneer IPTV or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution of content.
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in these Terms. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Spanish or EU law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence where the law so provides. For consumer disputes you may also use the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) through your regional consumer authority.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
