This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Pioneer IPTV subscriptions, alongside your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU and Spain.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Under EU consumer law you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase, without giving a reason. Because the Service is digital content that we supply immediately, at checkout we ask for your express consent to begin straight away and your acknowledgement that this ends your right of withdrawal once streaming has started, to the extent permitted by law. If you have not started streaming, your 14-day right of withdrawal still applies.
Where a refund is due under this policy or under mandatory law, we issue it to your original payment method within 14 days of accepting the request. If you withdraw within the statutory period before streaming has begun, you receive a full refund; once streaming has begun with your express consent, any refund reflects the part of the service already supplied.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under Spanish or EU consumer protection law.
