Accessibility Statement

Pioneer IPTV is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), its Spanish transposition Law 11/2023, and the technical standard EN 301 549.

1. Conformance status

This website is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We consider it largely conformant: most of the site meets that standard, with a few areas still under review (see Known limitations). This assessment is based on our own testing, not a formal third-party audit.

2. What we do

  • Semantic HTML with one logical heading structure per page.
  • Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
  • Colour-contrast ratios checked against the WCAG AA thresholds.
  • A “reduce motion” preference is respected — non-essential animation stops for visitors who request it in their device settings.
  • Automated accessibility checks run against key pages as part of our release process.

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware of the following and welcome reports of anything else:

  • A decorative, continuously-scrolling channel strip on the home page is intentionally always in motion. It carries no essential information and can be ignored with no loss of content.
  • Third-party player apps and app stores referenced in our setup guides are outside our control and follow their own accessibility standards.

5. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the competent consumer-protection authority in Spain. Nothing in this statement limits your rights under applicable law.
